How to Copy Videos from iPhone to Your Computer
  1. Install iPhoneBrowser
  2. Connect your iPhone to your computer and run iPhoneBrowser
  3. In iPhoneBrowser, in the left pane, go to var>mobile>Media>Videos"
  4. On the right side, drag-and-drop the videos you want to copy
This program allows you to copy anything off of the iPhone, but be careful, and make sure you know what you're doing before copying or deleting.
